Doug is a very good fisherman and one of the best around. I could honestly say their is not too many people that me or the store recommend for guide trips but Doug is the one everybody send customers to go out with. Doug is a seemingly soft spoken guy who comes out of his shell on the boat sharing years of fishing knowledge and experience with anyone who is willing to learn.I am lucky enough to have four kids and one 12 year old son who lives to fish. Time on the water is very valuable to me with my kids and every chance I get I put Jacob on the boat with Doug I do it. He is a teacher- a true student of this sport and he passes that along to kids in a way that makes it fun. It is a responsibility that all of us have to pass this sport along and Doug does an exceptional job of this. Seems like they are all giants on his boat, at least to Jacob. |
